3.4 Listings that are found to be fake, misleading, or illegal will be removed without notice.

4. Platform Responsibilities

4.2 We are not a real estate agent and do not represent buyers or sellers.
4.3 We do not handle payments, deposits, or transactions between users.
4.4 We are not responsible for disputes, fraud, or misrepresentations made by third parties.

5. User Responsibilities
